Embedio was incubated within the embedded systems design services division of 3Di Systems, Inc. a software development company with operations in Brea, California and Mumbai, India. Key personnel and intellectual property transferred by 3Di to Embedio, whose mission is to deliver cutting edge software technology to OEMs and ODMs of today's Converged Media Devices.

Embedio's core product is Duet, a technology for enabling the execution of multiple kernels within a single operating system. Duet software engineers have implemented Duet on a number of platforms. Working with our growing list of partners, Embedio Duet is available of many leading microprocessors and reference platforms.
