Embedio has created the Jaguar™ Solution Development Kit, an EVM based on TI’s DaVinci™ TMS320DM6446 processor. The Jaguar platform combines the performance of the TI DaVinci™ TMS320DM6446 processor, Embedio’s Duet™ technology for operating system hybridization, an iTRON hybridization module for high performance real-time applications and Embedio’s media player framework optimized by Embedio for use with the TI DaVinci™ family of processors.  

The Jaguar platform offers a wide range of hardware and connectivity features to enable wide range of converged media products including networked media devices (servers & clients) using streaming content.

Jaguar™ also includes full documentation to enable developers to begin using the techniques for optimizing their own applications for execution in the hybridized OS environment.
